It started with one sick child—my son

When my son was just an infant, he broke out in a painful, blistering red rash. We tried everything, but nothing helped. Then, a trusted friend asked a simple yet life-changing question:

"What laundry detergent are you using?"

That moment stopped me in my tracks and made me take a closer look at the detergent I was using for my newborn’s laundry. I began learning more about the ingredients in everyday laundry and cleaning products and asking more questions about what I brought into our home.

We knew there had to be a better way
